Cancellation
Within 60 days of arrival – 50% return of deposit
Cancellation within less than 60 days of arrival will constitute in no return of deposit.
Taxidermy and Trophies
We do not accept any responsibility for trophies; we will however transport it to a taxidermist of your choice. Thereafter, the negotiations will take place between the taxidermist and the hunter.
Insurance and Liability
Please note that as our guests are not covered by our insurance. Therefor we request that our guests ensure that their insurance is adequate for the duration of their stay. We will however ensure that the utmost care will be taken in maintaining the safety of our clients and their property during their safari. We accept no responsibility for cost incurred due to illness, accident, or any loss of any nature. We assure you, however, of our full assistance in any unfortunate event.
Climate
This is Africa and the climate definitely reflects it. Generally the weather is very dry but still pleasant. The cold Benguela current keeps the coast cool and damp. The inland’s rainfall is generally in the summer months (from November to April). January and February are very hot with temperatures exceeding 40°C (104°F) during the day. During the winter, nights can be fairly cold, while days are generally warm and pleasant.
Best time to visit Namibia is during the cooler, dry months of April to September.
Hunting season opens 1st of February and closes 30th of November.
Visa Requirements
All visitors to Namibia must be in possession of a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after date of departure).
Visitors are advised to confirm visa requirements with their travel agent
Special health requirements
Vaccinations against smallpox, cholera and yellow fever are not required.
However, visitors travelling from or through countries where yellow fever vaccinations are required, must have a valid International Certificate of Vaccination at hand. This requirement does not apply to air travelers in transit.
We are situated in a Malaria Free area, therefor no need for any malaria precautions prior to your arrival.
