Hunters Guide Safaris and its affiliates will accept no responsibility for any injuries to you, or any accompanying persons. In the unfortunate event of an injury, we will however assist you to the nearest medical care centre. We accept no responsibility for costs incurred due to illness, accident or loss of any nature. We will ensure that the utmost care is taken in maintaining the safety of our clients and their property, however we do not accept any liability for loss or damage to any property, including firearms, ammunition, cameras, money etc.

We do not accept any responsibility for trophies, we will however transport your trophies to a local taxidermist of your choice. Thereafter negotiations will take place between the hunter and the taxidermist.

Deposit paid in full will secure the hunt/safari.

Cancellation within less than 90 days of arrival will constitute in no return of deposit.
